Golf carts can not be driven on bike paths, sidewalks, beaches or off road.

The golf cart is a street legal low speed vehicle and can be driven on single lane Delaware roads marked 35MPH or less, Maryland roads marked 25MPH or less. You must never drive on 2 lane roads or highways regardless of the speed.

Please fill out a Drivers Report of Accident with as much information as possible and report to us immediately. Renter is responsible for all damage done to the cart while in your care.

Primary renter and all drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid drivers license and insurance that covers LSV (low speed vehicle). No underage drivers are permitted at any time.

The golf cart can be parked in regular vehicle parking and you will be required to pay all parking fees. Primary renter is responsible for all tickets and violations during the course of the rental period.

We deliver by 8pm on the first day of your rental period.

The golf cart must be ready for pickup by 8am on the last day of the rental period. Your cart must be free of personal possessions, trash, and accessible for pickup. Cart must be FULLY CHARGED at pickup. If the cart is not charged there will be a fee of $150. Please make sure the cart is plugged in the night before pickup to ensure it is charged in the morning.

Please contact your rental agent and check that golf carts are permitted. It is the responsibility of the renter to confirm the golf carts are permitted prior to booking.

If you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to the rental start date, you will be refunded in full minus a cancellation fee of $50. If you cancel your reservation 7 days prior to the rental start date, you will be refunded in full minus a fee of $250. If you cancel less then 7 days prior to the rental start date you will not be eligible for a refund.
